Nouveau Bistro and Lounge

I was a little confused at first since the restaurant front is in a strip mall and it is market as fine dining, but the place is beautiful and the food is fantastic.
The bread, salad, shrimp cocktail and lamb shank were all delicious. The desserts were amazing as well.
Mitchell was our server and he is great

Wifey took me here for my 40th, absolutely delicious meal, they did have some specials not on the regular menu, including a 32oz tomahawk and a NY strip steak (which I had). We both loved everything we had, and enjoyed a few fun cocktails too!

Anniversary celebration with friends and had an amazing experience. The atmosphere was beautiful, the food exceptional, and the service impeccable (Mitchell was wonderful!). We all raved about the whole experience the rest of the night. Truly a high-quality, enjoyable place - we will definitely be back!

I had a bachelor party dinner last weekend here and it was a near perfect experience. The food was very high-quality and service was incredible. We had a large party (15) and everything came out in a timely manner while being very courteous to our boisterous group. Sean St. Clair and team should be very proud of their establishment. They helped create a perfect ending to my bachelor party weekend, a time I'll never forget. If you're looking for a fine dining experience without any snobbiness, come to Nouveau Bistro, you won't be disappointed!

This is a special place. They have few round booths which are intimate and cozy. They offer a wide selection of wine and the food offerings are unique and of excellent quality. This is a great place to celebrate or to just chill out.

Lovely dinner all around-everything was fresh, well-prepared, and well portioned. We really enjoyed the selection of appetizers to start, and the lamb was especially good. I'd also recommend the swordfish entrée if you're looking for something a bit different. Clearly a restaurant that knows what it’s doing when it comes to foof.

I ate at the bar and was dining alone.
The waitress was very attentive to their returning customers and was so chatty with two other groups at the bar. I had to wait for her to stop talking so I could order a glass of wine.
She just served my food and just couldn't wait to keep doting on the other groups at the bar. I had clam linguine that was very marginal. Pasta was stuck together and it was sitting in way too much broth (I see why it was served in a bowl).
She brought my check, and then I had to ask for dessert, lol!
Definitely felt uncomfortable and she was more worried about the other guests.
Have zero desire to return. Little too snobbish for me.

Food at happy hour is very delicious but I really don’t think the drinks are marked down enough for happy hour. Still paid six dollars for a bottom shelf drink and when they say happy hour, it’s only one hour 5 o’clock to 6 o’clock. Most places have happy hour at least two hours or more! And a cater to the regulars and save spots at the bar and make you move for people that aren’t their regulars, which is very unprofessional. If you want more business, you would think they would want their new people to come back and cater to them also. Not sure if I will be going back Not even to try the regular menu and the restaurant for service like that!
