This place is a down right disgrace ... 3 times they have delivered to me and now all of a sudden I am out of delivery zone and was hung up on. When I called back they were very rude and said a manager over rode it the last 3 times. Would not do it a 4th time and Hung up on me again. Absolutely horrible.

My go to papa johns, i drive over an extra half hour round trip now to go to this specific location since moving to a different town. Pizza is always great, and Jessica is a fantastic, friendly manager.

Had a delivery driver think it was ok to instead of keeping pizza flat when he pulled out of bag he let the bag drop down and let all my toppings on pizza slide off and to think I gave a $5 tip online good side I called and manager is making us new and sending over wish I could take tip from driver and give to manager

We have recently had several wonderful experiences at the Painesville location. We always pickup our pizzas and they are always done on time. The parm crusted pizza with alfredo sauce and chicken is our favorite. Right now they have a large 1 topping pizza parm crusted (carryout) for $10...what a deal! The staff are always friendly. Highly recommend this location

Papa John's has really lost its touch. 26 bucks for a cardboard crust with no substance like it used to. Little Ceasars 5 dollar take outs are a better value than this place now.

Pizza was gross and they are scamming people for tips! I had a pick up order and hit the no tip option and it still gave a 10% tip! Im sorry but I've worked in food for years and never had customers tip for a pick up order! They need new machines or stop deliberately scamming for tips! Ill never go back anyway pizza definitely didnt deserve a tip didnt even eat most of it!
