Have had better, been a while since I have been to Perkins, ck fingers a little over done, rice pilaf lumpy, service nice but slow

Staff are very friendly. Bathroom is disgusting. Please clean the toilets.

I love coming here and dining in, the atmosphere is always great and as well as the food and the service.. however, on a few occasions I've ordered take out or through door dash and the quality of the food has been no where near the same experience.. of course nobody is perfect and things happen so I disregarded the last few issues with the food I've ordered through door dash and decided to order takeout directly from the restaurant I was not pleased once again.. I ended up asking for a refund due to the same issues.. third party orders and take out orders/ customers should receive the same care , respect and effort as well as dine in customers as well.. I frequently dine in and the service was like night and day.. even when I asked to speak with a manager I could see the difference.. I really hope other take out customers haven't experienced feeling any less important because a hostess might have figured that they wouldn't receive a tip . Or whatever the case may be. However I won't be ordering through DD or takeout from this restaurant any longer but I will continue to dine in.. in hopes things will remain the same due to my review of my in restaurant of takeout..

Perkins Food is usually pretty good. I can't say I've ever had anything that was bad there before. Their kids meals are reasonably priced and you get a main entree, side, cookie, and drink for the price. That can't be beat. Service is usually good there as well.

Don't pay cash. They are guaranteed to screw up your take out order and they will not make it right.
They will tell you over the phone "not to worry, they put your name down next to the register and will credit your next order" but when you go inside to redeem this imaginary credit, the manager doesn't actually provide you with a credit and claims she can't find the notes. Made sure to pay with a credit card today so that I can dispute all inaccurate charges and I recommend you do the same.
They make it hard to support local, I cannot recommend this location after being a customer for decades and repeatedly awful customer service over a side of missing eggs.

It takes 40 minutes to driver here for take out and oh look at the call logs, BOTH of my last two orders were incorrect when I got home!

Bought 2 slices of the peanut butter silk pie to go. WHY in the world did they change the pie and WHY would you call it the same thing?Taking the chocolate ganache away and putting brownie in its place was not the right thing to do. That is not the same pie. Call it something else and stop misleading people. I am not returning to your restaurant. I really see nothing redeemable about coming there now.

I dined here today with a few of the ladies I attend church with.The service was not that great.It's pretty sad( when the food is presented at the table)my order had a bowl of soup missing from it.Everyone else had everything they were supposed to have received! The server had an excuse,"Sometimes,I can't read my own writing." I think that is a poor excuse for not bringing me what I had ordered ! Usually, I get good service here! I know what times to come now when this individual won't be there, or perhaps request another server! There is no reason for poor service! She seemed like she was hurried when we requested extra napkins and drink refills.It is also unprofessional to bring to go bags and boxes to the table before we are finished eating! I am generous giving 3 stars!

My food was kinda bland. I ordered the big country skillet. My boyfriends food was good. She forgot to put in party of my order. The strawberry crispers were not as pictured an were just kinda flavored with strawberry goo.. Just overall was meh..

Such a disappointing meal…we went for dinner after a dental appointment. We both ordered the senior chicken fingers and I had crispy tots. The chicken had such a hard crust on it, I was afraid of breaking a tooth. It tasted like yesterday’s chicken, fried twice. I complained to the waitress, and she didn’t offer any apology or suggest changing out the food. When checking out, at 6:07 pm on 10/16/24, I asked for a manager and was told none was available. I was disappointed first by the poor quality of the food, but second, third and fourth by the inadequate response when the complaint was voiced. I’m sorry to say we won’t be returning, because they look like they desperately need customers.
