Try the Pho! What it lacks in flavor it makes up in large cut slices of Jalapeño, also the jambalaya can give you TWO shrimps and insta rice!

We have eaten here so many times and usually the experience is amazing. HOWEVER, today was a much different experience. We sat for 30 minutes before we received water. Our server waited on a group that sat down after us. I went to the bar to get a drink just so we could have something to sip on. The waiter asked my husband if we wanted drinks and he said we are getting them from the bar - she said “I’m not even mad about that”. No apology, no way to make it right, didn’t take our order. I’m hoping these issues are remedied and the service we’re used to is restored. The food is too good, and the atmosphere too beautiful to have to pass on.

Soooo good! (As you can tell by my empty plate!) My hubby had the jambalaya. Loved it! Huge portion, he took the rest home in a box. I had the salmon. Oh my! I ate it all! Yummy! 😋

Great variety of food and drinks especially nice specials! Service was wonderful. We had to sit in the bar for our size party, so a little noisy but overall good.
The food is overrated here.The cook or cooks at this place are always under cooking everything especially burgers. The fried fish is never crispy. The fries are usually soggy. Last three times I’ve got takeout here. I’ve asked for a side of extra sauce for my burger, but the cook refuses to put it in with my order for some reason.

Not a good experience ...not the first time I should have written a review before. So.. before I wrote this review I read past reviews of the Red Hawk...most reviews are 4 to 5 stars.. no restaurants are that perfect. 1. A male host greeted us...we asked for a booth with no speaker..so what did he do..he took us to 3 booths in the bar area..all with speakers... He got pissed off...got hyper..and while walking away from us he said I guess I guess it's the dining room...when we caught up with him he was at the 1st booth around the corner.. he said here you go...and walked away..there was only one problem...there was a speaker there..what are the odds...the next booth had no speaker..so we chose that booth ourselves.. You could tell this host wasn't happy and that we were an inconvenience. 2. The food.. The waitress was great...but... I had potato skins and chili...and About 3 hours later..I got deadly sick... I had food poisoning...it's been a rough few days... We should have left when the host acted the way he did. I have never written a bad review before.. Restaurants can learn from their mistakes No restaurants are perfect..
