First time ever at smoothie king and it was an awful experience. I downloaded the app and ordered. Order said complete but when I went to pick it up in the drive thru I was informed it wasn't ready. Actually lied to, the girl said it was finishing being blended but in fact the male was just making it. I could see him threw the window. I had to sit in the drive thru for about 17 minutes before it was done. Could of used a second round in the blender also, it wasn't fully blended. Not cool. All around bad experience.

Service here has consistently been slow. We waited 20 minutes for two smoothies. While watching the staff move with no sense of urgency. It was as if they just woke up out of bed and were meandering down the hall to go to the bathroom

My husband and I had to stop drinking energy drinks and switched to Smoothie King. We love their smoothies with natural energy and feel much better after drinking these.

Went there 2 times in 3 days and each time I asked foe a foam cup and got a plastic cup. Aldo I ordered a peanut power plus and both times got power punch plus wich I can't stand due to the gladiator protein. I called and they just acted like they couldn't understand lol. Attention spans are low here

I enjoy the mango strawberry pure recharge. I am a regular here and I’ve noticed that they have new employees or different employees often, most recently. But I realize they all do their best to make sure the smoothies are up to standard!
