Can’t say enough how great this Starbucks location is! Everyone is super friendly and goes out of their way to be quick and kind to every customer. Emerson especially makes it a point that every order is perfect and gets to know the customers. I always have a great experience, can’t wait to get my coffee in the morning!

Absolutely terrible service here. Asked for a Venti Latte with NO foam. Get the latte and it's 3/4 full and then an inch or more of foam. How hard is it to make a simple drink?? Then on top of that the simple employee who made it the first time, remade the drink with major attitude and then still had lots of foam on top. The employee had a mustache if that helps cause he should be re-trained. But I will say that the employee named Claire was super nice and made the extra effort to resolve the problem.

By far the best location in the area. (Heisley Rd. location would be 2nd). The majority of the staff is always pleasant and friendly. They move very quickly and organized when busy and even when not. Acknowledge every person that walks through the door even when they're slammed. Always polite, even with difficult customers. They create an atmosphere that you want to go back to.
This is a very well run and efficient Starbucks. They have one person cold drinks, one on hot, another on food, and another on the espresso machine. It’s a well oiled machine.

The baristas are not friendly here at all. Every time I come in for my mobile order they never say hello, thank you or acknowledge me at all. I’ve noticed this months ago but also went in today and Friday and same thing. Not friendly at all.
