The barista was new and didn’t understand what ‘light ice’ meant. My Pike Place black coffee was given to me luke warm (too much ice). My understanding of ‘light ice’ means to add just enough so that the customer can drink the coffee with burning their mouth.

Bigger barista there working 4/3 at 12 was extremely rude. I didn’t even get 3 words out of my mouth before she’s yelling over me saying she doesn’t understand me and I make no sense. Just find a different job if you hate people so much.

99% of the time when I go in they stand and talk and don’t acknowledge anyone it’s the same girls every single time. Drinks are ehh fair if they paid more attention they would get another star very very slow better off going to the one in mentor
