Went through the drive-thru and it was friendly and quick. My sandwich was fresh, exactly how I ordered it, and they handed it out with a smile. If every Subway drive-thru was this efficient, I’d stop more often!

Absolute dead inside fish eyed workers that cant problem solve to save their lives. The app is broken so coupons don't work (it forcefully applies what I presume is the already ended tax break as a coupon, thus disabling other bigger coupons), and they no longer accept paper coupons for no good reason, and refused to budge when I showed them evidence of the apps issues. So I'm done dealing with these people. Could have bought food without the coupon but the absolute lackadaisical attitude made me not want to reward these people.

The workers at this location are extremely rude. I tried to redeem a Zillions Gift Card for Subway that I got for my birthday a couple days ago at the time of this review and they didn't want to redeem it. I tried to ask them if they could enter the gift card manually, but they refused. Will never eat at this location again.

Don’t bother any time or money here. Won’t accept coupons. Anyplace that doesn’t honor coupons are money hungry franchises don’t give them any more business. I’ll always support other subways who accept coupons.
To the owner or whoever manages this place , the employees barely understand you and barely put any vegetables on the sub , you have to continue to repeat your order or what you want just so they don’t put 3 vegetables on the sub to make it mostly bread , on that note they don’t even cut through the bread all the way and make it sloppy and just ball up and throw your napkins in there . The subway used to be good until you hired some people who lack basic people skills

I don't know why I keep giving this place chances, but I'm done now. Ordering through the app is guaranteed to have them mess up your order. Seriously, unless you're in there babysitting them while they make your food, your sandwich will NOT be what you want. My wife hates onion, olives, and anything spicy. The sandwich we ordered through the app (WHICH PRINTS OUT AN INGREDIENT LIST ON THE RECEIPT FOR THEM TO READ AND FOLLOW ALONG STEP BY STEP) was an oven roasted turkey sandwich, with lettuce, spinach, tomato, salt, pepper, and mayo. That's it. And yet these bozos somehow found a way to put banana peppers, onion, and olives on it, which by the time we got there to pick up had soaked their flavors into the sandwich and became inedible to my very selective eater wife.
On top of that, their prices are INSANE. $12 for a turkey sub? Get out of here with that nonsense.
The only redeeming quality was the footlong cookie. It was pretty ok.
Dietary restrictions: DOES NOT FOLLOW INGREDIENT INSTRUCTIONS. HAD THERE BEEN AN ALLERGY ISSUE, WE WOULD HAVE SUED.
