The meatball sub the sauce with the meatballs was water he put it on my bread and I could wring it out and I even got it toasted this place is very dirty and will not go there again . And I paid 29.00 for 2 subs that I put into my garbage. Poor service and they don't care about your food or order .

I've been coming here for years on and off, and how extremely disappointed I am. They told me that they don't accept coupons. You will no longer get my business or anyone that I know. Hope it's worth it! The management and the ownership of this place has never been good Anyways. There is a Mr. Hero right across the street that is way better.

I normally get charged $16 at Madison Walmart Subway. Sometimes when I go elsewhere they charge me $21. Fine. But this place charged me $27! I tried to call ask what their name is but they wouldn’t answer the phone. Too bad that have a stout Indian lady that doesn’t know how to use technology. Sad.

Person making the subs mixed up 2 subs and put the wrong toppings on. When went back to ask them to remake the subs, the manager got really defensive and asked me how I expected him to lose the cost of remaking the subs and refused, basically saying it was my fault.

I let the young lady know that I had a large order of sandwiches, that I needed 4-5 needed to be made. She gave me a hard time when I was trying to make it easier for her, they gave me a hard time of trying to toast my flatbread sandwiches. I went to the subway yesterday and they toasted it with no hesitations. Also they would not let me use a coupon I had for my purchase. Horrible service and attitude.

We got tuna,tha hardly had any on the Bead. I'll no longer buy anything there. They make sure you can't see them putting on the meat. You use to be able to watch.
The people here are so nice!! They instantly made my day better with their positive attitude !! We need more people like them. The restaurant was super clean too. ?

Not worth the price anymore. By the time I order a footlong, chips, and a drink I could go across the street to a decent restraunt and get a plate of food.All of this extra cost, and the sandwich maker is extremely light on the veggies. The little bit they put on wasn't even spread across the sandwich to make it look like they tried to make it look good.
