The “owner” banned me from the restaurant because he claimed I looked at him funny and said “my face had an attitude.” I never yelled or disrespected anyone — I was completely calm. I ordered 3 small hot chocolates and politely asked if they could be poured into large cups (as they’ve done before since small cups don’t have lids). I was told I’d have to purchase the large cups, and I agreed without complaint.He said it “wasn’t his problem,” then told me I was banned. When I asked why, he said it was because I “talked about him” to my daughter — even though I was simply explaining what happened after she tried to apologize. He asked me if I understood that i wasn't allowed to come back multiple times after I had already said that's fine i understand. I was already leaving, he threatened to call the cops on me for no reason. Completely unprofessional, rude, and intimidating behavior. I’ve been a loyal customer for years but after this I feel he was being discriminating against me and racist. How my face looks isn't a reason to ban me in my opinion but I guess since he is the owner he is allowed to ban those of us who don't look like him and talk in a different language. I think in general he was most upset because I didnt argue and agreed with him so he tried to intimidate me, and embarrass me in front of my kids and the customers.

Such an amazing little bakery/deli. We were greeted by the sweetest woman. The Baklava, bread, garlic toasts, lemon bar, & Danish was delicious. I definitely recommend stopping here. We will definitely be back when we are in town again.

It was our first time stopping here and it was great! Service was quick and friendly. Atmosphere was relaxed but we didn't really know it worked in there. The donuts were in cases, fresh and only 1$ a piece (regardless of kind) and the subs were under 5$, premade and really delicious but they didn't have any fixins. We will DEFINITELY be back!

We recently visited T&T Bakery after moving to Painesville from Willoughby, because we needed to find a good bakery (we are now too far from Biagio’s in Eastlake). Not only are the donuts better at T&T, but they cost way less than Biagio’s! We also love their huge cinnamon rolls and apple fritters. They have a great selection, but you need to get there early in the morning or order ahead. We are so happy to have found this place and will be frequent visitors since we host a lot of out of town family and want fresh quality treats for them.

This bakery has been around for many many years and I have been purchasing from them for quite some time. Never fails that everything is fresh in the morning and delicious! This family owned business takes a lot of pride and everything that they do and is a community stable. They are very fairly priced and worth every penny. Everyone I know really really enjoys everything they have to offer!

I heard rave reviews about their donuts so we were excited to try it out especially since it's in our neighborhood. First we went around 10am and they only had 4 types of donuts available so we got one of each, and also a brownie and a maple date bar. Unfortunately everything was bland and mediocre. The brownie wasn't sweet at all and was very cake like. It had frosting so you would assume it was going to be good but it tasted like flour and cocoa and that's it. The donuts were flavorless and the frosting tasted like it was just pure sugar and milk without any flavor. Overall I was very disappointed with everything that we got. I won't be going back.
