its snowing outside. im a doordash driver and they dont allow me to pickup through 'drive through' and ask me to come inside to pickup while snowing. i wouldn't take any orders from this place anymore!!!

I was nothing but nice to the workers which seems cliche, but like seriously I was with my friends eating in the dining room and the lights suddenly turned off while still eating and apparently it was time to lock the doors to the lobby and was very much rushing us out. I work in food service so I understand when the day is busy and it’s just a bad day but the way my party of 5 people was treated was insanely inappropriate and rude. Please fix this problem…. Also no nacho cheese??

The worst taco bell I have ever been to. Numerous times I have asked for a fresh chalupa, and get a rock hard shell that is breaking apart from sitting on the warmer. I know you don't care, but people have to deal with your trash food even after asking for something to be made fresh, which is outrageous to even have to ask for.
I gave the benefit of the doubt too many times, these people just don't care.

Taco shells are stale, chips are stale, and tortillas are stale. Don’t leave stuff open over night or all day when it comes to items that can get hard. You’ll keep getting dissatisfied customers, thank you! Oh can’t forget! Cinnabons are stale or over cooked! 🥴

After placing my mobile order I pull up to the order screen in drive thru I was asked if I was going to use my mobile order I said yes I already placed an order for Richard the. I was told to wait until they where ready for me the store had no ice and the food definitely was gross very cold and not made to order properly the area coach Matt needs to do better with this location because the experience was just sad it be nice to get my money back for food that was unable to be eaten it went to the trash 🗑️

They limit orders in the drive-through while not having the dining room open. Very inconvenient if you have friends.

My husband went through the drive through for late dinner. They didn’t mention they were out of ice before accepting the money for a cold drink that wasn’t even cold… I took a bite of the chalupa and you can taste the cleaning chemicals on the tomatoes. Absolutely disgusting. I hope I don’t get sick. This was a waste of money…sucks when you don’t have much to begin with.

I’ve always considered this Taco Bell to be one of the best in the area until today. My girlfriend and I decided we were gonna go order some late night Taco Bell. We went to the speaker and ordered two grilled cheese burritos one of our favorite items on the menu but what we received was definitely not a grilled cheese burrito. It had barely anything inside toppings in it no cheese on the outside and in a completely different wrapper than it usually comes in. I understand we ordered late but it was more than an hour before they close. I’m very disappointed and will probably be taking my business to either the concord or chardon locations.

The quality of the food itself is fine. However we’ve been coming to this Taco Bell for a long time, and it just seems like lately any time we go there some part of our order is wrong. Also, it seems like everyone who works the drive through window is just…inconvenienced? I mean, we dont even mention when our order is wrong anymore because it’s just huffs and eye rolls. Mistakes happen, I get it. The attitude isn’t needed.
