Waffle house customer for years. 20 minutes plus to even have order called. 1 cook, slow while others stood by and watched . The southern waffle houses are faster then north. This one in Concord needs management when they think they are busy. Took 30 minutes to get order. No waffle house ever takes that long ...sad

Christmas eve mid morning. Had been driving all night. Needed an energy boost and descent meal. Food was really good. Had a couple eggs over biscuits n gravy. Wait staff on point . A bit loud with the music blasting but it was christmas I guess

Yummy diner food for a decent price! $26 for two meals and we were stuffed. The cinnamon crunch waffle (with pecans added) was the best waffle I've ever had! Emily our server was fantastic and excited to help us! Give her a raise! Great experience as we were traveling from Erie to Cleveland on 90 in the winter weather. Will stop again!

This is the worst service I have ever experienced in my life. My waitress was too busy talking with her old coworker about how much she wants to quit this job than getting food out in a timely manner. I waited 25 min for 1 waffle and there were 2 tables in the restaurant.

OMG terribly greasy floors. Service was terrible. We had to ask for everything that wasn't on the plate with main order like toast, bacon, sausage, cheese-3 times and my daughter had to get up and ask for it. This place is the worst!! Will not be going back.
