Wendy’s has completely fallen off. They’ve slashed the meat on junior burgers by like 50%, switched to the same cheap shredded lettuce as every other fast food joint, ditched their decent sauces, and even ruined the chili.
It’s clear they’re just racing to the bottom to compete with other chains, and it shows. To make matters worse, the whole aesthetic is now this depressing gray and black color scheme - no vibrance, just dull and lifeless.
They’ve sacrificed everything that made them different. Sad and despicable.

Employees didn't even speak my mobile order was wrong had to go into the store to get a correctly made sandwich and condiments requested were also not in the bag. I have not gone to Wendy's in quite a while and now I remember why.

I had stopped through the drive thru tonight about 10 minutes before they closed and not only was the server super helpful, but they even went so far as to recommend new flavors of the lemonade and triple check my order to make sure everything was correct. I will most certainly be stopping again especially on the nights I work late.
Ordered a LARGE caramel crunch vanilla Frosty Fusion on 6/12. Look at the picture and you tell me if you think this is a large? When I called the manager to complain, she told me that this is what corporate said to do because the crunch is falling out of the top of the cup! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!!! Mentor was very good! Much different atmosphere!

Downright awful food how they charge people for this food is unbelievable i waited in line for over fifteen minutes all the food was thrown together. Smashed, you name it. People are running back-and-forth from window to window. What a joke. You guys should just close the doors and turn the lights off. If you can't handle the business,... but you've lost mine..... I'll be damned if i'm gonna sit in line all the way out at the street to get my money back

This Wendy’s has gone downhill so bad. This was the one my mom worked at to support me and my brother when we were kids, I’ve been coming here my whole life and this was probably one of the worst orders I’ve received.
I came here yesterday and ordered a breakfast bacon burrito with extra cheese. Not only did I not get extra cheese, there were hardly any potatoes OR bacon on the burrito. The baconator sandwich my spouse got was extremely small compared to how it normally comes. Shrinkflation or was it someone being lazy and using the wrong bun? Who knows. I ordered two egg and cheese croissant sandwiches for my kids as well, and NONE of them came with the cheese on them and they didn’t like the sandwich.
They simply don’t care about what they’re doing in the kitchen a lot of them act like they hate their jobs. There are other locations that are better around here.
