Food is good, service is the issue. Specifically, Had an issued with the store not receiving an online order, however the manager chose to make it worse. She refused to accept the invoice that was issued with the order as valid, refused to void or even refund the amount charged. Then Stated I had to pay again if I wanted that order and had to wait 72 hours to see if the charge goes through. Then when I arrive at the store the manager states that they had received a FAX of my order....read full review
