I ordered 3 beef and cheddar sandwiches. The staff asked if I wanted sauce during drive through order and again at pickup window. I requested Arby's sauce, both times. In the bag they gave 1 packet for three sandwiches. If your hurting Arbys, you could have told me your sauce RONA profits aren't meeting expectations (I would have paid for enough packets for the items, I ordered). Do yourself and favor check that bag before you pull away, staff here is rationing. Or pick a different Arbys.

I ordered 2 - 6 piece chicken nugget and was able to fit all 12 pieces in one small fry container. Nuggets had more breading on them then meat in them. Food was cold and tasted like it sat out all day. Absolutely disgusting. They lost my business for ever.
The workers here are so fast! They are friendly and polite. Food was fresh and very hot. Place is clean!

so i went to this arbys today 07/29/24 and the food i got was excellent it was fresh and the employees were nice they all deserve a congradulations you guys have earned this review and i will definitely reccomend this arbys location first before any to the people that work in the plumbing company i work in thank you so much everybody and you guys are so nice EXCELLENT!!?

Paige and her crew shaved the roast beef exactly as requested. The food was delicious and the service has gotten way better than when it first opened about a year ago.
