They are open for dining and it was so good!!
The best sushi place, staff is always cheerful and kind. Food is amazing.
First visit to Blue Ginger, extensive Suchi menu. We shared a bowl of the chicken coconut soup, which had a generous amount of chicken. We also ordered Shrimp fried rice and the walnut chicken. We were disappointed to find the shrimp fried rice loaded with onions - ok but we would not order it again. The walnut chicken was fabulous and definitely worth a return trip.

They have a good vegetarian section, including a veggie combo with a preset option of rolls. The sweet potato tempura roll is delicious and crispy. Both sushi and non-sushi dishes receive positive feedback, and the meals are reasonably priced. The box lunch special was delicious, with a fresh salad and amazing sauce. The aroma of the food welcomed you as you opened your bag. The spring roll was very good. Meals with vegetables and beef were tender and favorable. Sushi was very flavorful, though some rolls were rolled too large and fell apart. The restaurant was very clean and cool on a hot day. Overall, it delivers a satisfying dining experience in a modern, busy environment.
