“Such incredibly amazing service & yummy sushi. They even went so far as to change the music playing overhead, to a request (piano music) to make our dining experience that much more enjoyable. We were the only ones present so far, at that moment, being there for opening of the day. Was fantastic tea, fresh fish, and hot soup. . . I love the beautiful purple flowers that garnish some of the plates & each meal is presented with such an artistic flare - I did not want to disturb the food to eat it, was so pretty as presented ! Could not have been better, for such an affordable price.“
“First time visit. We found it clean, inviting, economical, and satisfying. The sushi plate was the most artfully presented that I have seen in the local area. The menu is extensive and includes Asian fare of all kinds. The service was attentive and responsive. Think the only miscue might have been the vegetable tempura that could have been a bit crispier. Will be back.“
“Food was amazing, very fresh and tasted great. Front customer service was great and welcoming. It was my first time coming into the restaurant and the woman at the front took her time showing me the menu and different options. I definitely recommend this place !“
“I had a very interesting experience at the Marble Room. The Staff turned what could have been a complete nightmare into a great business dinner. I won't go into all the details, but my group of 38 arrived expecting a reservation in a private room just to learn the person never made the reservations at zero fault of the Marble Room. They didn't blink an eye at 38 unexpected ppl arriving at once without reservation on Thursday night. They were understaffed and didn't have the room set up. The Staff was so professional, understanding, kind, and went above and beyond to help me pull this together with in 30 mintues, I couldn't be more appreciative. Especially SYMONE, the private sale manager. That woman is beyond impressive, she was supposed to get off work but she herself stayed and helped bartend our event because they were understaffed. She is professional and put me at ease to let me know we are going to figure this out together, and she did with flying colors. The event went off without like it was nothing wrong and my boss and any of the other executives never knew anything was wrong. I couldn't imagine what could have happened if Marble Room couldn't accommodate us.“
“Ice or Rice is a cute newer diner in Asia-town. It is very no frills and the food is very good. There was one staff member managing the register and food preparation. She appeared very busy and was doing a great job. My son was thrilled to have found Spam Musubi and even went back the next day with friends. I am not aware of another restaurant serving Spam Musubi in the area. The Japanese pancake was delicious as well and a very plentiful serving. We had no problem finding street parking. The building was very clean and accessible. This establishment is a nice addition to the Asia- town area.“
“After a very long difficult day I called right before closing hoping to get a to go order for my wife and I, but expected to be turned away. Not only did Amanda take our order, she also made great recommendations and was very friendly and prompt putting our order together. Phenomenal service and the sushi was amazing! Thank you Amanda! We will be back to dine in!“
“Ginko is a beautiful yet cozy restaurant. You don’t get any cell service which is an unexpected benefit to help disconnect and enjoy the company and food. Everything I have eaten here is delicious. When you leave here you will think about this meal for weeks.“
“This place rocks! Favorite Korean spot I’ve found in Cleveland. Staff was friendly and went above and beyond. It’s small and cozy, which makes the experience feel so personal. Plus, the food was delicious. We tried the seafood pancake which contained various seafood delights, and the hot stone bibibap bowl, which was also amazing with how the rice crisped up. Also, make sure you get the hot tea! Will definitely be coming back soon.“
“I ordered takeout from Sushi En while I was on duty working Valet in Playhouse square. Since I was in a rush, I indecisively ordered one of the rolls. A man, presumably the manager, helped me go through the menu and express his favorites, and then added an additional roll at no extra cost. The food was amazing as always of course, and the service was even better!“
“A solid dining experience but a clear price mark-up for the “scene”. We had the spicy edamame, steamed buns and sushi. No complaints about the food; it was all excellent. But we are not “scene” diners. Probably will not return unless it was a planned evening out with friends. Not worth the price.“
“I am a sushi connoisseur. I lived in Los Angeles for a very long time and ate at dozens of different sushi places. I know it's good.Voodoo tuna nails it. Super fresh fish. That is the most important. Of course. Then there is the flavor and presentation.Today I had a poke bowl. But I've had many of the other dishes. I like my sushi really spicy. Hamachi with jalapeno kind of thing. You'll never go wrong at this place. The quality is superb.Alyssa at the bar is an angel who takes care of everyone. This is right around the corner for me and is my new home for sushi night.“
“The service was splendid and attentive. Waitress steered me to an excellent Chardonnay. The salmon with kapocha puree and a caramelized yogurt was superb. The vegetable sushi selection was delicious. Baby lettuces salad fresh. We will go back more often!“
“We came here for a little Valentine's day dinner. They had a chef's tasting menu for $100 and a Valentine's day menu for $150, which in retrospect we should've done because we ended up paying $170 for 4 sushi rolls, 2 appetizers and a few (5) cocktails. The sushi and appetizers were good, comparable with other sushi places. The old fashioned drink was really good ?We stayed at the sushi bar, and enjoyed watching Chef Lee and the others craft the sushi in front of us.Parking: If you park at the valet, the E 4th valet, which is $40, once you validate the parking ticket at the restaurant, they give you back $30 and you end up paying $10“
“When I went in I ordered the hibachi with noodles and rice. Surprisingly they put both in one portion which was really nice. The owner seems like a hipster guy and was really nice. I recommend using their spicy teriyaki because it is actually good and although it’s not really spicy it does leave a tingle in your mouth as you eat. The portions are huge and I would say it’s decently priced. If you’re looking for quick hibachi this would be it. The only thing I will say is I wish there were more vegetables in my hibachi. When you eat hibachi the rice noodles and vegetables and protein is what it’s all about especially when they use that spicy teriyaki even a picky eater would eat the broccoli because it’s so good. Also lastly the faces on the workers and TJ the owner seemed to be neutral. lol I couldn’t tell if they were mad, sad, or irritated, or happy. I would recommend smiling more just so people can tell or assume that you’re in a good mood. Our meal did not take long to make and it was very flavorful. The yum yum sauce looks like nacho cheese but it tasted good. Maybe in the future get a higher quality yum yum sauce. But besides everything listed, everyone was nice and no one was mean but the atmosphere was difficult to tell at times and I would have liked more vegetables in my hibachi. My husband and I will definitely be coming back and everyone reading this please keep in mind of the false food poisoning claims. Since living here every newer restaurant review on google has had an early claim of food poisoning by someone trying to either just get free stuff or is claiming it was from the last place they ate. It can take up to 24-48 hours for food poisoning to affect you depending on the contaminated food and what type of bacteria it is. With the amount of food people eat in a day it would be difficult to trace where it came from and what caused it. I am not saying the claims are wrong but what I am saying is in this area when new food restaurants open up people seem to always claim food poisoning and then you never hear or see anyone claim it again.“
“Consistently great food and good service keeps my colleagues and I coming back week after week for lunch. The price for lunch is great for the quality of food you get. The lunch bento box is a perfect size for anyone. The sushi lunch comes in two sizes making it a great lunch option as well no matter the appetite.“
“My wife and I, been to just about every sushi place in the 30 miles of Cleveland, OH area. There are several places that offer great sushi, but out of all places, we have to say that FENG LZ is the best one! Period! We been here twice, the appetizers are amazing, the sushi rolls (Yummy Yummy Roll, Feng Liz roll) are amazing, the mochi strawberry ice cream was amazing! I’m not big on cocktails, I stick to a unsweetened ice tea, but I got a Tokyo Ice Tea and it was strong, not watered down, and it was great! Big thank you to our server Shirley and a helping hand from Leo, who gave us a special shot drink as a curtesy of Feng Lz which was great! Both times we been here, we have not complaints and it only gets better!“
“Love the new place! Great addition to North Coast Harbor. The restaurant is very nice inside and will have patio seating along the water in the summer. The sushi is great and reasonably priced. Service was great, really liked the sushi chef. Short walk from the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Science Center.Only downside right now is that they don't have a liquor license, so no beer or coctails...but sounds like they are working on that.Definitely worth a visit...will definitely be back.Vegetarian options: There is a full vegan menu with vegetarian rolls and options.“
“service is a bit of a hit or miss here, but you cannot beat the all you can eat sushi and hot pot. especially the lunch menu being only $17. the food itself isn't the best, but thats to be expected for all you can eat. it's still very delicious! lots of table space which i appreciate :)“
“Very good and fresh sushi. The restaurant transports you straight into a Japanese anime or soap opera, with its cozy and inviting atmosphere. The ambiance is not just nice, but invigorating, providing a refreshing contrast to the hustle and bustle outside.Parking: The parking is filled because of the neighborhood restaurants.“
“Always order takeout for NYE. They never disappoint. The food/portions are great and the family never feels like there isn't enough. The kids always have leftovers.Parking: Located within a pretty big shopping plaza there are plenty of spots available, 100+“
“Overall, a wonderful little place that if you're lucky enough to catch out of the corner of your Eye as you pass and able to stop by, you have found a cool spot. Everyone that visits should be able to find something they enjoy. Perfect little menu not hard to zero in on a familiar item. Good prices, good food, good people. Ocean soup was yummy and I hit it with some of their house made ginger sauce (a must condiment) and it was bangin a Dragon roll also which was good stuff too. Don't forget to get a little eel sauce on the side and their wasabi sauce.“
“This place is great to grab a quick light lunch downtown. They are only open Monday-Friday 11:15am-1:45pm. The service is excellent and quick! While it's just a small location for pick up only, it's inside Key Tower and there's a small area with seats and tables. The sushi is fresh and they give you a decent number of pieces. My go to is the California Roll but I've ventured out lately and I love the Key Tower Roll. I'd definitely suggest giving this place a try if you enjoy sushi. Prices are typical for rolls.“
“Decided to give them another chance bcuz had a craving for some noodles n surprise they were much nicer to me. Yes, I digress n I'll return again soon now that they're nicer to me n appear to value their customers a lil better now.“
“The portions are great I was able to eat from it 3x throughout the day. I ordered a chicken hibachi meal BTW, it was HOT and FULL only waited a few minutes for it! The service is fair, sometimes they're busy preparing other orders is all. It is take out ONLY unless you want to awkwardly sit in the few chairs they have without a table where you wait lol. I would definitely eat here again, it isn't my first time but it has been awhile. At first I thought I would be disappointed with the chicken covered in sauce, the sauce is not a teriyaki sweet sauce I expected which was great because i prefer my food NOT to be sweet. The yum yum sauce seemed to be watered down and barely had a taste, other than that I'd go back....worth 10 bucks.“
“Very good for fast food Chinese. Much better than the two Asian restaurants on the other side of the food court and better than many sit down restaurants that charge much more money. I typically get the one meat two sides entree with some type of chicken (orange, General Tso, pepper, bourbon chicken are all very good). With a medium Coke it is about $9 total. Their sushi is below average. Their side dishes are good, i normally get the lo mein noodles and the veggies medley. The people who work there are extremely friendly.“
“I was really impressed by this place. We got excellent quality take out sushi at 9pm on a Sunday. I’m asian and I’ve had sushi in coastal cities from expensive restaurants and this is good quality. The prices were excellent and the people working were Japanese. The takeout window was a neat addition and actually made pickup more efficient. This was a great experience that totally didn’t need to be. I wish i could go back and tip them. Also, excellent vegetarian options for sushi“
“Arrived early and this small restaurant was over half full.Service was swift and attentive. We opted for miso soup to start along with spring rollsAlso ordered the pork katsu and one of the sushi rolls andSoba noodle dishes. Food was fresh, beautifully prepared and generous portions. The Nigiri Sake we had was also delicious. Already looking forward to my next visit.“
