Aside from the sushi. The food is flavorless - we ordered several things among a few of us and we all could agree it was mehhh.The service was not great either. The brought out the wrong drinks. Everything came out at once - the salad, soup, appetizer, and main dish all at once. By the time you got to the main dish, it was not hot. Then they rushed us to pay while we were talking and trying to enjoy our time.
My sister-in-law recommended their green tea fried ice cream. She said it was good. We got there about an hour before they closed and ordered 5 orders of desserts.I tried the fried green tea ice cream and coating on the ice cream was a bit raw. Not sure if they had their fryers off or something. Not sure if I want to drive an hour to retry it.

I was really impressed by this place. We got excellent quality take out sushi at 9pm on a Sunday. I’m asian and I’ve had sushi in coastal cities from expensive restaurants and this is good quality. The prices were excellent and the people working were Japanese. The takeout window was a neat addition and actually made pickup more efficient.
