I was having an issue with my order but got in contact with one of the current managers Chris he did a great job of clearly communicating what he could do to help my current situation and was very professional in getting my issue resolved 10/10 although I had an issue with my order talking with him definitely helped get the situation resolved.

walked in and store felt cold. ordered chicken. the chicken and veg were cold.the inside of store never warmed up. coud not wait to get out of there. what happened to boston market.??? very poor experience.

Usually I have a great experience. The young lady that took my order was sweet. The manager was rude as could be. I swear I have never been treated like that at a restaurant. This manager was on duty at 4:45 4/13/20.
