“I heard rumors about sanitary issues at this location. I honestly brushed it off because I've always found the location to be clean. Unbelievably, this weekend I went in for a cake and as I was leaving I saw an employee kneeling on the floor putting away containers. No big deal but she had the plastic lids to the Sundae cups directly on the floor, and to make it worse, the part that would touch your Sundae was touching the floor. Several employees were around and witnessed this. That was a little disturbing. I'll stick to seven hills.“
“I'm disappointed that you can't order custom cakes online at any DQ in my area.I had to call and describe what design I would like, it was more convenient to design and order my own online. BUT... I am highly satisfied with the way Diana decorated my daughter's cake. It was beautiful .“
