I stopped in for a shake. When I was getting ready to order and pay, the young lady taking my order, said the shake is half price do to happy hour. Wow that was a surprise, nice staff. I'm going back for a meal.

This is my Dad and I’s usual lunch meet up spot. Never had any problems before, but today i decided to take my beautiful girlfriend out on a lovely date here and it was almost terrible. When placing our order, the lady was nice. We sat down and then recieved our order, but she says “We need to grab your pretzel sticks”. My girlfriend said she wanted marinara for chz curds so I went up there just to be greeted with attitude from the lady who took our order AND another lady. After that i also was being nice saying how I would save her the trip back to our table and i would wait the 2 mins for my pretzel sticks. After that she rolled her eyes and gave me my pretzel sticks, without my queso tho ? So embarrassed already, i had to go back up there. When i asked for the queso i didn’t get, the original lady who took our order looks at another lady and starts talking shit. Explaining how i said originally how i wanted no sauces and now that i do and they should charge me even tho looking back at my receipt, she didn’t even ring me up correctly, hence why my pretzel sticks weren’t ready. Moral of this experience, As a restaurant worker, it doesn’t take any energy out of our days to be kind, if anything it takes more energy to be an ass. As a customer though, this was disappointing and i’m a person too who spent my money at this place just to be treated rude.

Cashier placed my order then said my order was placed on the same order as my coworkers then brung it out separately then the manger got smart when i asked where my food was instead of explaining that my order was placed with another customer terrible customer service

I'm disappointed that you can't order custom cakes online at any DQ in my area.I had to call and describe what design I would like, it was more convenient to design and order my own online. BUT... I am highly satisfied with the way Diana decorated my daughter's cake. It was beautiful .
