I’d like to start off by saying that the food is good but you can’t phone in an order I don’t use DoorDash. I don’t use GrubHub and no one ever answers the phone and I don’t mind going in there to place an order and waiting.the other day last week I was in there there were two people talking behind the door. We said hello. We rang the bell. They just ignored us, so we just walked out
The food is excellent and very fresh-every order is made fresh, no empanadas sitting in a window for hours. With that being said there is usually only one or two people working and they are busy so it is better to order ahead. The guava and cheese empanada is such a sweet treat.
We came for takeout after a hospital visit. Staff was very cheerful. Food was cooked as we ordered, so there were no lunch leftovers on the line like some spots. I ate my beans and rice before even leaving the parking lot. The empanadas and croquets are our favorite comfort food. Definitely worth stopping when you're in Parma. (Stay away from the one on Clark, in Cleveland proper.)
