Might be the worst place to eat !
On Sunday Father's Day June 17th 2024 was one of the worst restaurant experiences I've had in a long time. I didn't expect to be approached by The waitresses demanding a tip, this is a buffet style, and when at a buffet style are you required or expected to leave a high tip, it's crazy it's insane. I won't be going back. How do they expect to remain in business with such poor customer service? This Fuji's location is in Parma.
Im not sure ill be going here anymore. The service was terrible. And all they do is clear your plates. But, they asked us about our plates every 5 minutes. We felt rushed to leave and as soon as we got up to leave the lady literally yelled after us asking if we were gonna tip. Tipping is OPTIONAL. And as someone who used to live off tips as a waitress, i dont tip people who just clear my plates. And as soon as you yell at me to tip you....you definitely arent getting one.
