“Food was so good! Atmosphere needs a little help but the staff made up for it. ( The AC was not working and it was a hot day). Everyone was so nice and offered to bring me napkins and even gave my baby a Popsicle. It's those little things that make me love a place. The garlic fries and chili fries were so good and next time I would get the garlic fries with chili. The fact that you can choose from a regular hotdog, snappy one, jumbo or kielbasa has them stand out from other hotdog spots. I will be back for a burger....and potentially a hotdog with it.“

“I should have expected the store to be busy, seeing as though it was national cheeseburger day and all...and it was. However...the staff was amazing. They worked together, they weren't stressed out, they were pushing out orders...I was so impressed sitting there waiting for my food. When they finally called my name, I got my food and drove the 20 minutes home. my burger was DELICIOUS and fries were hot. This store did an absolute beautiful job executing this evenings busy rush. They definitely deserve kudos.“

They were early to setup and made sure to be prepared for guests arrival and kept wait times to almost non existent. The food options were amazing and I have gotten so many compliments on the quality and portion size of what was served!! The customer service was top tier, from being super friendly and accommodating to order changes, to pre making options for guests to grab and go, and even staying later for some that didn't get to the party on time. I would recommend them 1000000 times over to anyone who is looking for a seamless food truck experience for their celebration!!“

The team immediately greets you upon arrival rather than making you wait awkwardly, setting a warm tone for the visit. Ordering ahead for takeout was seamless, with the entire meal promptly prepared and ready to go on time. Every single bite was divine, fresh, and bursting with flavor. “I had my retirement party at the 3 Spot last Saturday, and they could not have been more accommodating! We've known for a long time that the staff is exceptional and friendly, but we're super impressed now with everyone there! I don't want to leave anyone out, but we remember Dave, Karen, P.J., Ryan, Thomas, Corbin, and our server for the evening, Lisa. She was wonderful-keeping an eye on the group in case someone needed anything. She is fast, friendly, and efficient! The side room was clean, cozy and nicely decorated with a Christmas tree in the corner. And last, but not least, the food is AWESOME! I was glad to have leftovers so we could share, and also enjoy the day after. We had the pizza, BBQ meatballs, Buffalo Chicken dip, pretzel bites, and a really nice looking veggie tray. This was our first time back in a couple years or so… When did Five Guys get sooo EXPENSIVE!?!?!

It stung when the guy said the total. I thought I heard wrong. Esp when we were expecting a quick, cheaper meal but we walked out feeling like we just paid for dining in.

It felt like it should’ve been cheaper because it was counter service, but inflation has sure shifted them into a different category!

We basically paid sit-down restaurant prices without:
* service
* atmosphere
* or even drinks/refills

For that kind of total, we could’ve gone somewhere casual, sat down, and probably spent about the same (or even less) and had a more relaxed experience.

Five Guys used to feel like a treat that was still reasonable… now it’s like a “special occasion burger,” which is kind of wild…because it wasn’t even that great. It was good but not $82.17 good. Sorry Five Guys, but you just lost customers.“
