Jet's Pizza is amazing! My pizza delivery was going to be late they called me and let me know that they were down a driver and gave me an estimated time and asked for my patients. I had no problem waiting for my pizza specially with the phone call made everything a whole lot better! Definitely give them a try

I’m from northeast Ohio, and first tried Jet’s pizza at a convention in Columbus. I searched it out once I was home and found this location. It was just as good as I remembered! 10*’s!

A stand-alone jets pizza 🍕 👌 . It is actually a great 👍 pizza. Among the thousands of other pizza places in your vicinity of all of them, this place has a solid four corner pie. The crust is crusty, and then the other part is a fluffy one. If you are from outta town I suggest you order from this place. You are sitting there with your phone 📱 open, wondering what pizza is going to get me going? Hmm, jets pizza 🍕 looks like a good idea 💡. The quality 👌 is very good. Easy process of ordering online, delivery from the various companies to get a jets pizza to you.

I have ordered from this establishment for probably a year now, usually once a month. Never really had any issues. I'm taking the time to write this review, because what the workers did today, was absolutely perfect for my order. Full turbo crust plus Cajun on the 8 corner. Also used my reward points for the bread which I also asked for Cajun on. Just wonderful!!! The delivery driver, as always, also is super friendly and quick. I unfortunately don't know his name. But always deserves the 20 percent tip.

11/29/2024 Went to get a meat lover's pizza and found out that they were out of sausage. This meant that any pizza you wanted to get with sausage was unavailable. I'm sure they'll have it back in stock but at the time of order it was not there. That being said the rest of my order was done on time and the way it was ordered.
Not enough sauce. This is my second time ordering and the pizza was dry. Which sucks, because there was an abundance of toppings and everything was hot and fresh. But it was so so dry. It's almost like there was no sauce at all.

I ordered a Large Deep Dish with Pepperoni, Mushroom, & Double Ital. Sausage.
When I got home, I found out that half of the pieces did not have any Mushroom on it at all. I called and spoke to a worker named Mars & told me that is how it comes when you order double sausage they have to put less mushrooms on.
I tried to explain to her that some of the pieces don't even have any mushrooms and Mars said hold on, put me on hold and then said that her manager, Eric, made the pizza, and he said that's how they come. Mars said he told her when you order double sausage they have to put on less Mushroom.
When I said that I don't understand, because I paid for mushroom and some of the pieces don't have any on it whatsoever. Mars said hold on again and spoke to Eric. Mars said I could bring the pizza back to have it remade.
I told her I was already at home and it was too far away from the shop. But that I would show pictures to the manager next time I am in the shop. She said in reply "have a good day" and hung up the phone without an apology. Very disappointed in that reply to me.
I will say that when Eric greeted me to pick up the pizza he was friendly and I asked for additional parmesan cheese and he brought that over right away. Unfortunately the service and the disappointing Pizza room the entire experience for me.
