A small building almost hidden on Pearl Road, Seoul Garden Restaurant boasts incredible Korean food with fast and polite service and some pretty presentation. The table gets served a variety of banchan, including the best kimchi I have had anywhere, as well as a steamed egg that melts in your mouth with a delicate balanced flavor. The tteokbokki is phenomenal, the sauce paired with cut onions and thick, long rice cakes, you will find it difficult to stop eating it.

Came here since it won numerous awards for best Korean restaurant in Cleveland and I can definitely see why (for me, Korea House in Asia town just slightly edges it out). Although the inside is small and dated and the bathrooms are... Not the best, the service and food are top notch. The tteokkboki appetizer is so good and you get so much of it too.
