My husband and I went to this location yesterday (12/15/2025) Around 7:30 PM to grab a late dinner. When we got there, we found that the door was locked, and an employee had gestured to the drive-through. Then he poked his head out and told us that there were only two staff there and that we were not allowed inside and that we needed to go through the drive-through. When I asked for corporate’s number, he went inside, but not before locking the door again to assuming talk to another employee. He came back and let us inside and said that we could order when we started ordering. He said that there would be a minimum wait of at least eight minutes for ANY chicken.
I still asked for corporate’s number and the stores location number. It took the manager 5+ minutes to give me the store number which was written on a sticky note. The staff seem very untrained, and uninterested in the customer. I did call corporate and let them know that this place was barring people from dinning or even ordering in. DO NOT go here!!

Very poor customer service tonight. I placed my order at 7:25 pm, and the food was wrong. Instead of apologizing or asking how she could help fix the issue, the manager immediately became argumentative. She questioned whether I had a receipt and tried to tell me what she thought she heard when the order was placed, even though she was not the person who took my order or my payment.
A nice young gentleman was the one who actually took my order and my money. The manager’s attitude was dismissive and unprofessional, and there was no attempt to resolve the issue or provide good customer service. Mistakes happen, but the way they’re handled matters, and tonight’s experience was extremely disappointing.
What makes this even more disappointing is that we order from this KFC at least twice a week, either for pickup or through DoorDash, because my daughter has ARFID and only eats KFC mashed potatoes. This location has been a regular and necessary option for our family. Unfortunately, after tonight’s experience, we’ll have to find another location — which is inconvenient, but good customer service matters.

Honestly the worst KFC I've ever been. I got the #7 and everything from the chicken to the fruit punch tasted bland and felt like it was left out for hours

My mom and I got food from here yesterday. Her chicken pot pie had no chicken in it. I asked for a classic chicken sandwich and got a spicy 1. Very disappointed

It appears that KFC doesn’t want nor care about my business. Not once, but TWICE in the past couple of weeks have I been turned away after walking inside the lobby to order chicken. I live a couple streets over and often like to walk my neighborhood. A week and a half ago, I walked into the lobby at 11AM and was told it was “drive thru only”. I opted to eat lunch at home. Today, I decided to walk over to KFC at 8:15PM and was told the same thing. Both times the door was open, apparently by accident, but if they messed up and now I’m standing in their lobby hungry and holding cash how can they turn me away. I even told them I walked and would not return with a car. They didn’t care. Apparently you must own a car to buy chicken in this town anymore! I’ve been a loyal KFC customer for years, even working there when I was a teenager. If KFC is going to turn me away, I’ll turn KFC away. I’ll see if Mr. Chicken wants my business next time. And too bad - this location’s food quality was always on point.

Ordered 4 original chicken littles - they gave me 4 spicy. Ordered 4 famous bowls… 2 of them came with long, curly black hairs in them. When I tried to call them to remedy the situation - nobody answered the phone…. 6 times. Do NOT eat here, I GUARANTEE you’re eating nothing but bacteria and filth. This staff is absolutely horrific and unable to perform even the simplest of duties. Toddlers are more intelligent.

Don't bother going in to place an order. USE DRIVE THRU! I was ignored. Service was so speedy at drive thru, it was almost scary. Don't count on friendly service here. Get ready for an over-stuffed bag when placing large order. Handle broke while trying to get it into the car. I ordered a large gravy & large coleslaw slaw. Not sure if that's what I received. Both very small containers, I can't imagine them as considered large. However, the food tasted good. But, very frustrated with this one. Best of luck.

The employees don’t seem to care about the customers or the quality of service. Very disappointing, especially for a place that should be quick and convenient. Do better! And the door is locked before it should be so you’re forced to wait in line!
