Cmon..KFC is just garbage all the way around..employees are terrible..love pulling you into a spot to wait forever even though everything is premade.. Most employees seem to be on parole.. Total crap..out of food by 7:30 pm most days.

I tell ya this is probably the worst KFC in the area customer service sucks they're very rude, loud , unprofessional, and it seems like the managers ok with it. They messed up my order, which okay? It happens, but then refused to fix it. SMH kFC has gone downhill. Their prices are ridiculous and they're portion sizes. Have gotten smaller. There's better options out there

I ordered 2 combos and they gave me just one fries. We ordered a HOT honey sandwich and it wasn’t hot at all. The chicken seemed and tasted old. The lemonades were warm too. Terrible service.

The printer didn’t print legible receipt couldn’t tell if it was my receipt or if I was over charged. I can’t submit it online for company reimbursement, or online rebate. Was told by manager working at 12:51 pm on Tuesday April 8th 2025, there is no way to reprint receipt unless I paid for the order again, no body cares about receipts, there is no customer service number, it’s all online, and she didn’t even know that website, I said never mind I’ll google it and asked for her name to tell customer service and she refused to.

Please learn to count as my 8 piece chicken had 7 pieces and my 5 piece potato bombs had 4 pieces ,counting under 10 really isn't that hard and the chicken in the chicken sandwich had been sitting a while as it was hard as a rock

I placed a specific order and was charged accordingly, but when I got home, my meal was wrong and the biscuit was destroyed in the box! It looked like it was purposely crumbled! I went back and the meal was fixed without an apology! Rude
