I hate when they give u cold old food then say well u can come all the way back her and get new ones like that ain't annoying and a waste of your time how about don't give cold food clearly

Long time customer. Will no longer order from here. Screwed up orders and wouldn't replace items.... Lost a 10 yr customer....

As I was entering the store there was a guy walking up behind me to enter as well. As I opened the door he stopped me and asked me if I could see a water spot on his pants because he just spilled a bunch of water on them. Me being the nice guy I usually try to be, closely inspected his pants as he asked and I told him I didn't see anything. We both then entered and I placed my order first. As I was getting my wallet out he stopped me and said because I was nice enough to help him out that he was going to pay the $8 for my order. I respectfully declined but he insisted and paid for my order. I thanked him and said I would have to pay the kindness forward. The woman who took my order was very nice. Overall best experience I've ever had at a Little Caesars.

I bought 20 pizzas and picked them up at 6 we got to the party 5 minutes away and the pizzas were hard as cardboard, they were cold, dry, with no cheese. If my son really wanted to he could hit them with a baseball bat they were terrible I was so embarrassed after spending 200 dollars

I ordered 20 pizzas for a birthday party. The pizzas ere super dry, almost like cardboard. I was so disappointed. Usually the pizza is very moist and the cheese melts with savory flavor. The pizza was dry, hard, and lacked cheese. You would think when a customer drops $144 you would serve them great pizza.

Asked for breadsticks but they gave us cheesy bread, bf didn't notice until he got to the car and when he went back in they said since he walked out with it he gets no refund. Was legitimately less than a minute being out of the store. Employee was not polite about it either. Place is going downhill with the new staff.

I had placed an order online and it still had the wrong topping! When I called to get a remake they said it was too late and to come back tomorrow! When I asked for a manager they said it’s too late that there wasn’t one there mind you it’s 8:00-8:30 pm when this all when down. Don’t waste your money!!! Order from Marco’s!

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE, got a pizza at 8 pm and THEY made it incorrect, we call them at 8:20 and he was talking about “ it’s closing time” sir you close at 9 pm and he said “it’s closing time, come back tomorrow, we’ll remake with receipts”. Okay but I paid for this to be my dinner tonight. Don’t waste your money just buy Marcos or anything really.

Asked for stuff crazy bread. The employee at the register told me they only had puffs and regular crazy bread. I asked them could make stuff crazy bread he told me it would take too long I told him I knew it wouldn’t because I worked for little Caesars in another city. He smiled and said ok. He then asked a guy standing next to him to make it. And he literally replied no because he had to sweep the floor. It was only 7pm. Smh. I took the puffs instead which had no sauce, was dry and burnt. When I spoke to the manager about this he just said “oh he’s just a stupid college kid don’t mind them. Please come back next time” Worse experience food and treatment
