Only went for the Crazy Puffs and went to this location because it was on the way home. They clearly are skimping on the ingredients because they tasted totally different and very bland from the others that I've had. I should've just gone to the Smith Rd. location. Don't go here for Crazy Puffs if you want them to taste good.

ordered several pizzas one of which was the pretzel crust. Got charged for pretzel crust yet when we got home the pretzel crust was the normal pizza dough crust with pretzel salt on it. The crust itself was thin and looked nothing like what we ordered nor tasted like pretzel.

Nothing was right from my order. The cheese bread I ordered sat too long and was hard. The stuffed cheese bread was soggy. They gave me the wrong pizza and when I called they were rude . Terrible place !

Three times in a row now. The guy working behind the counter. Wanted to have a debate with me about the sauce that comes with the four-way calzone. Breadsticks also come with the sauce. Three times in one week tells me that you are playing ignorant with all the customers. Trying to rip people off. You would think after the third time in a week the guy would get it through his head that a sauce comes with four-way calzone. But nope. He is incapable of learning. I will use a different location. I may try this location again in 2 years hopefully they get rid of the ignorant guy by then. Hopefully they don't lose many more customers thanks to the genius!!

We ordered a cheese pizza and it was terrible old. The bottom was as hard as a rock “literally “. Disappointed but then again, you get what you pay for. Jokes on me lol. I wouldn’t buy anything from here unless it’s made to order.

I was traveling for work and decided I would eat at hotel so I stopped in and grabbed a pizza. The best service, strong team and leadership there. Best little Caesar’s I’ve gone too. Keep up the great work.

This was the best pizza we've had in a long time. We got the traditional crust.We've never had Little Caesars before and were pleasantly surprised. We're looking forward to going back (and keeping fingers crossed that it is as good next time around). Oh,and it cost $7.00 less than where we normally get pizza.

I have been to different Little Caesars, and this place has the worst pizza by far. The one on pearl and Brookpark is so much better. That is with service, and the taste of the pizza. Every time I have picked up a pizza it tastes like it has been sitting out for awhile, and horrible customer service. It’s safe to say I won’t go back, considering I’ve given them multiple chances to prove me wrong. Each time, the pizza has been horrible!

You earned this rating because you'd rather argue over less than 50 cents... i came in to purchase a cheese pizza.. you said it would be a few minutes i said okay. Then you tell me the price is 5.99. I point to the price board where the price clearly states " cheese $5.55". Instead of saying you know what you're right, you insist that the price is 5.99. So i smile and say no problem. I quietly take my seat and write this review. Your customer service needs some work Congrats on the new review.
