New management has been hired for this location and since then it has gone down hill. J’naya (New manager) was extremely rude and disrespectful, very quick with the attitude and loud mouth. I’ve been nothing but respectful to her but she thinks she can talk to anyone anyway she can INCLUDING her coworkers. Very nasty attitude and i’ve seen employees pick up buns off the floor and STILL use them.. DISGUSTING
Awful customer service. The app charged me for my mobile order, took my money but they claimed they had no record of my order even tho the manager saw my bank statement from that store with that store number. The morning manager was extremely disrespectful. Light skin girl with nappy hair. Wouldn’t give me my food or my money back. Absolutely awful the way those employees treat customers. I see why the reviews are so low
This locations customer service is terrible. When you order and pay for something if you don't receive it they refuse to give you a refund. I order 3 iced coffees, a big breakfast, 4 hash hashbrowns and 4 sandwiches. Their machine was "down" so no drinks and they give me a free meal card. ??? I said I don't want that I want a refund and he walks away. I get home and call. I tell him what's going on and it then escalates because I am told I have to come back to fill out a case...read full review
