Don't support this business. 98% of the employees here are disgraceful. I saw exactly 2 KIDS working 1 manager detached from the situation, and 4 ADULT staff walking around talking to each other. I said what I said, the facts are the facts. Do better.

This franchise owner does not honor the survey code discount of BOGO on any Sandwich. They will only let you get a sausage sandwich for breakfast. Same for when McDs has specials they advertise...this location doesn't usually partake. They also charge more for beverages than others near by. The morning Drive through staff is very friendly. Not of fan of it is run - so will no longer return to this location

when you have to drive back because they didn't put your full order in the bag, while your on a short break...that's a hassle.
Just left from sitting at the speaker for 5 minutes waiting to place my order. I called out to see if anyone was there and got no response. Meanwhile I watched 8 other cars pull up behind. Ended up leaving. Very diapointing. Don't know what was going on because the 4 cars ahead of me got through in a timely fashion. It's like everyone just stopped working.

I can’t believe how thin the patties are now. More and more having to wait past the window so they can meet their quota. The food isn’t at temperature for being made to pull off the side, as if they’re waiting on more food being made.

The staff was unprofessional, I get it it's almost closing but if you can't at least make an effort for the customers then don't work for the public. Also I can tell they were being sloppy with service because I opened my bag and my fries were upside down and dumped in.
