“I have ordered from here a few times and always loved their food. I recently accidentally ordered my food to the wrong location and the owner drove from the Cleveland location to the Parma location to bring me my order. That goes above and beyond excellent customer service!! I was so grateful. They have a customer for life!“

“Everything we had was delicious. The relleno especially was SO good; tender and flavorful, perfectly fried, but not greasy. We make a point to visit Rincon Criollo every time we’re in Cleveland. It’s the best PR restaurant we’ve found so far.“
