Dined here recently and the food was phenomenal. The steak and Mediterranean salad was probably one of the best I’ve ever had. The sauces served along side were fresh and so good. I will be back.

Quintaesencia is a hidden gem offering an all-around great experience with exceptional food, drinks, service, and atmosphere for a very reasonable price. The cuisine features delicious and plentiful dishes from Latin America, including Venezuela and Colombia, with many different options. Specific standout meals include excellent fish tacos, a perfect Peruvian ceviche rated a solid “10” with perfect balance, and empanadas made with corn flour that are light, fluffy, and flavorful with chicken or beef fillings. The cocktail menu is very interesting, fun, unique, and flavorful, featuring superb drinks like a mojito and a spicy margarita made with fresh juices. The staff is amazing—very friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, attentive, professional, and accommodating—exuding an inviting enthusiasm that makes guests feel very welcome. With its exceptional flavors and presentation, this is one of the best meals in a long time and a must-try restaurant that customers will be coming back to and recommending to everyone.
