The waitress was very patient. We had a party of 12. Went on Christmas Day and the food could have been better. Everything wasn't perfect, but it was okay. Drinks at bar were good. They don't need to serve cold crab legs and cold lobsters though.

The servers were friendly and attentive. The food was very good and large portions. I don't think people realize that they are still opened in some locations. I hope they stick around in Parma.

Despite seeing mixed reviews online about their lobster seafood dish being so bland, I decided to try it. Restaurant only 30% filled and they took way too long for food. Got the dish and being that i cook pasta all the time. Not only was it so bland. The broth tasted like they literally took the water they boiled it in and threw in some butter. $42 dish, they should be ashamed that they apparantly have had enough complaints/reviews and still have not fixed it! Shame, it...
