Ordered lunch for my two young grandchildren and myself. Used the website, signed up for the tracking info that was offered on their website.
Never received any tracking info, never got info that it was delivered.
When I went downstairs about 210 pm to check, it was there, with the pizza box filled with ants because who knows how long it had been sitting on the front porch.
When I called a few minutes ago, the first girl to answer was very sweet and polite. Said she was going to talk to her manager
Then a nasty, way to sure of herself gets on the phone telling me their tracking doesn't work.
And that's my fault how?? Put a note on your website saying it doesn't work.
The nasty combative woman just kept yapping how it's not their fault. The tracking doesn't work, blah blah blah
So I paid $35 for garbage. She offered zero care in the world.
I did call and fill out a contact form for corporate. I'll keep calling and emailing
I also did a charge back with my bank.
I see from other reviews that the manager there is just nasty.

I ordered a large pepperoni and sausage pizza cut into squares and it came cut into little strips. Also the driver seemed kind of rude

Had a great experience. Food arrived sooner than expected. Friendly driver. Dinner was delicious.
Store was busy with BOGO orders but food was great. Crust was nice and crispy, sauced great, and loaded with toppings.

ordered just a few minutes ago, they forgot 2 sides of Capone sauce. this may have been insignificant for the manager who answered the phone, but my wife and i really only enjoy the pizza when dipping in the capone sauce. i was met with a very RUDE manager who said she couldn't gauruntee she can send out the sauce and offered me a dollar refund. thanks but no thanks lost customer today due to the manager and the manager alone, i love the food but he manager was not friendly in the slightest nor wanting to correct the issue.
