Cashier was incredibly kind, especially with it being very busy they still had my order done within the expected time. Great customer service, the restaurant was clean, and very caring staff. The young blonde lady working the day before Thanksgiving, took care of our pick up order.
The clerk who waited on me was so awesome. He kindly offered to take the pizza and per my instructions he put it in the trunk. I am disabled and he helped me step down from the curb. So very thoughtful.
So the Parma Romeo’s on Ridge Rd is always top notch but today they outdid themselves. Small issue with our pizzas so I called and the customer service was amazing and they resolved the issue immediately. Thank you!
