We just love Romeo's Parma. The food is consistently good and the people are really friendly. Especially the delivery driver. Just nice people which makes me keep coming back.
Cashier was incredibly kind, especially with it being very busy they still had my order done within the expected time. Great customer service, the restaurant was clean, and very caring staff. The young blonde lady working the day before Thanksgiving, took care of our pick up order.
The clerk who waited on me was so awesome. He kindly offered to take the pizza and per my instructions he put it in the trunk. I am disabled and he helped me step down from the curb. So very thoughtful.
