I just don’t understand why this location does not know how to make a Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Brew correctly. I get one every day at any other location and it’s delicious. I often have to drive out of my way to avoid the Pleasant Valley location. The staff needs to be retrained by another store’s trainer.

I was here yesterday with my friends and 1 employee looked at us very askew, screamed at us but we were quiet and almost kicked us out. We waited for hot chocolate for 25 minutes but there were no orders in front of us. The worker looked at us like we are some kind of thieves. It's so sad .
Super nice employees. However the foam is never made correctly and they are so skimpy with it. Sucks paying for it to get barely any, you know?

I have read most of the comments, I am shocked! I have been stopping at this Starbucks for a little over 3 years.I have never witnessed anyone ever being rude or any customer ever being mean ?. I don’t understand why humans want to bash a certain place.Maybe they just didn’t like the employees or like the products that were offered.I have been to a lot of Starbucks just saying this is a very good store ?

Bring back the macadamia cold brew,you get 5 stars ?Disclaimer: it's seasonal, I get it, but the mocha cold brew is no match for the macadamia version. The staff was awesome, so it really is a 5-star location.
