“A big shout out to Gloria at OX-B Newark location. It was my first time here and her customer service was outstanding. I tried the chili cheese dogs and they were delicious. I'll definitely be returning to try other menu items. Thx Gloria for being patient and helping a girl out who has a hard time making decisions.“

“Arrived close to closing time, so the food was not the freshest. Still it was good for drive-thru food. The girl at the speaker was polite, but obviously preoccupied with closing and tried to rush the process and we had to go back to get part of our order that was missing.“

“When I walked in , Devon did not hesitate to acknowledge my presence . He asked if I was picking up a DoorDash and since I wasn’t he went on to helping me place my order. It’s hard to find people that are this great at service. Plus he was kind and respectful. Honestly deserves the most recognition in this place. He is the face of KFC at this location . “The kid at the drive-through was rude and kind of thrust the order out the window to me and shut the window while I was trying to ask him about the drink that was with the order. I waited for him to come back, and then I honk the horn they came and gave me the drink.“

“Smokey Bones donated so much pulled pork, buns, sauces, & baked beans to our NCH TWIG Bazaar last weekend! And they even delivered the food to us! They were very kind to donate and gave us more than we thought we would ever sell but once everyone saw the menu list Smokey Bones made our pork and beans . . . we sold out of everything but 1 servicing of beans! 100% of the sales are going to NCH.
