They like to yell at senior citizens there and blame the customer for their mistakes on messing up a bday cake . They lie and say they tried to reach out which is totally untrue. The manger is so disrespectful he should not be in the food industry.

I ordered a birthday cake with a picture on the cake and asked for three different colors for borders and they covered Part of the birthday girls face With the border. Was not happy with the final product of birthday cake and spoke to an manager and he would only give me five dollar discount because I did not want to pay for the cake with half of the birthday girls face with icing over it. It is definitely not the final product I was expecting. Manager says we print what you sent. So the product, even if it is horrible, will be what you are expected to pay for. He said he tried to call about the cake and my phone went to voicemail and said it was full. I rarely ever have a voice message in my inbox! It is never full. I mentioned when I place the order I would come in on Friday to make sure everything‘s OK for pick up on Saturday. Needless to say I do not recommend Dairy Queen birthday cakes if you have a Personal photograph, you would like On the cake. The manager was yelling at me about the cake and that I had to pay for it and get $5 dollar discount. The Cake did not need to be ready until the next day Late morning.

I’ve been coming to Dairy Queen for years an I’ve always loved to go there in never had an issues up until today.. Went thur the drive thru the order was incorrect which was fine but the fact they took my food to view it all was a little ridiculous instead of just taking the one item that happen to be incorrect in making it correct they took both items while they made the incorrect one correct which thank you but now my other item is cold at this point in I had asked well can you make this item fresh to now after you done took my food now it’s cold the guy at the register going to say no I cannot do that. I said simply well why did you need to take both coney because now the other is cold his words back to me well was “ sorry I didn’t trust you in need to make sure you wasn’t lien I don’t mean to offend you” Never dealt with such rude service in this establishment choice of words wasn’t the best !!
A great DQ location. Fantastic fresh food and amazing ice cream every time. This location is always very* busy, but the staff do an amazing job and get through people very quickly and keep the line moving with excellent precision.

The food was not fresh, my blizzards barley had anything in them (cookies, brownies, etc), they grind things up so small because there is barely anything in the blizzard and then they try to tell you it is because they have a really strong blender that makes the chunks so small. When asking for a manager, the owner was completely rude, yelled, insulted our intelligence and honestly does not have a sense for how to deal with customers. It is fine unless you have an issue or a question for management.
