This is the location near my home that I usually order from and don't usually have a problem with. Today was different. I order 2 chicken strip baskets with BBQ sauce and one was to have large fries. When the order arrived via delivery, there was no BBQ sauce for either basket and neither looked like a large fries. We had a honey mustard and some cream sauce in a cup. I called the store to let them know and this man said he personally prepared the order with a large fry and BBQ sauces. My husband told him that we have a honey mustard and a cream sauce. This man raises his voice saying it was done correctly. We tried to explain and he kept getting louder so I asked for the manager and he said he was the manager. So I hung up because he was raising his voice and very defensive. If you are in the Etna area and want DQ, I recommend going to a different DQ and not this location.

As for the atmosphere, I’d rate it 3 stars. The main issue is the limited parking space, which can be inconvenient and a bit frustrating when the place is crowded. Once inside, things are fine, but finding parking can take away from the initial experience.
Overall, Dairy Queen Edna is still a great place to visit for quality food and decent service. With better parking and faster service during peak times, it could easily be a 5-star location.

Horrible customer service from the GM. I ordered a monster truck ice cream cake for my son’s 6th birthday party and I went to go pick it up and they didn’t have it. The GM said he tried to call, however I have no voicemails. He attempted to say there was something wrong with my voicemail, which I checked and there are zero issues. He proceeded to offer a $3 discount on a cake….seriously what is $3 going to do. Worthless

I suggest bypassing this corporate chain, and buy local, from the much better LOCAL Dairy Hut!!! At this DQi bought 2 blizzards which cost $11, 5 minutes after eating our food, took the drink lid they had put on the blizzards off,and they were almost liquid, called store, and they only offered to make it again if we drove back in that same night, I’m not wasting another 20 minutes of my time. Poor customer service

Only people here...took 10 mins to even acknowledge us. Charged us 3x for one small cup of sprinkles. Must have been a rough day for them because they barely acknowledged anyone that was in the store. Took 15 mins to get our ice cream. Drive through got service non stop

They like to yell at senior citizens there and blame the customer for their mistakes on messing up a bday cake . They lie and say they tried to reach out which is totally untrue. The manger is so disrespectful he should not be in the food industry.

I ordered a birthday cake with a picture on the cake and asked for three different colors for borders and they covered Part of the birthday girls face With the border. Was not happy with the final product of birthday cake and spoke to an manager and he would only give me five dollar discount because I did not want to pay for the cake with half of the birthday girls face with icing over it. It is definitely not the final product I was expecting. Manager says we print what you sent. So the product, even if it is horrible, will be what you are expected to pay for. He said he tried to call about the cake and my phone went to voicemail and said it was full. I rarely ever have a voice message in my inbox! It is never full. I mentioned when I place the order I would come in on Friday to make sure everything‘s OK for pick up on Saturday. Needless to say I do not recommend Dairy Queen birthday cakes if you have a Personal photograph, you would like On the cake. The manager was yelling at me about the cake and that I had to pay for it and get $5 dollar discount. The Cake did not need to be ready until the next day Late morning.
