It's McDonalds so it's a known entity however the customer service here is great and the employees are polite and quick. I enjoy this particular restaurant location for that reason and it's good level of cleanliness.

We got 2 plain Filet-O-Fish and a free large fry which was not in our order when we pulled away from the drive-thru. Only the drive-thru is open I had to go back up to the window and knock on the window they did not want to open the window I had my receipt I pushed it up to the window and said we just got the Filet-O-Fish and did not get the fries.... The size of the filet barely covered the bun so sad...

Ordered through the drive through and waited an inordinate amount of time. When I did get the food, the fries were lukewarm and not very fresh. I'm not sure what the issue was that night but it was a subpar experience.

This McDonald's, in the Kroger market place on Hamilton rd. ,doesn't check the temperature of its food. They have, as of the last 4 visits, gave me cold or lukewarm fries. I've had to reenter the drive thru line just to get hot fries. They also cause me to lose my mobile app code. They took my code number but when I get to the window they don't have it and get an attitude when I call them on it. The customer service is PATHETIC!! If you want good service, check out the one up the street next to the Olive Garden. Avoid the Kroger market location at all cost. They will screw up your mobile app code, give you cold food and give you an attitude! I'm done with them!

Order was incorrect. The drive thru worker didn’t tighten the lid to my drink and it spilled all over me. I AM VERY UPSET!!!! I will be contacting the corporate office. Very disappointed. I WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN. Employees gave me nothing but attitude. Horrible staff!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have ordered from this store two times for breakfast for my kids and both times my order was incorrect and because of the fact I have it over to my home there's nothing they can do to correct my order unless I pay for Uber to come back with the missing items very disappointed with their service I would think if somebody is getting something from Uber they would double check the order before it goes out because some people don't have the opportunity to be able to go back into the store and get it corrected

Good breakfast food!
I have ordered from this store two times for breakfast for my kids and both times my order was incorrect and because of the fact I have it over to my home there's nothing they can do to correct my order unless I pay for Uber to come back with the missing items very disappointed with their service I would think if somebody is getting something from Uber they would double check the order before it goes out because some people don't have the opportunity to be able to go back into the store and get it corrected
