“They did mess up my order and when I called the female manager was rude. However when I got back to the store another manger (josh)was helping us he told the kitchen that they didn't put the beef on the the nachos. And had them remake the food and even gave us a snack to apologize. Mistakes happen but when you have the right people in management things are made right. Have Josh train all your management on people skills.“
“I have a rare food allergy and the staff was amazing with my concerns! They did a fantastic job at making sure my food was not cross contaminated and took my allergy very seriously! That is not typical at most fast food places. So we were very thankful for their help.“
“I had ordered my McChickens without mayo, but they unfortunately all had mayo. I went back through the drive-thru and the girl working there was kindly apologized and made sure I got two new McChickens without mayo. Despite having my order messed up, I was impressed by her service and the speed of the food.“
“It's Subway. However, this store has friendly customer service and the store is clean. The last Subway I was at was horrible! The only bad thing I can say is that the cost was $12.00 for a tuna wrap and a drink. Yikes! I think I should just start packing a lunch considering I had to drive 100 miles to and from work.“
