“They did mess up my order and when I called the female manager was rude. However when I got back to the store another manger (josh)was helping us he told the kitchen that they didn't put the beef on the the nachos. And had them remake the food and even gave us a snack to apologize. Mistakes happen but when you have the right people in management things are made right. Have Josh train all your management on people skills.“

“It's Subway. However, this store has friendly customer service and the store is clean. The last Subway I was at was horrible! The only bad thing I can say is that the cost was $12.00 for a tuna wrap and a drink. Yikes! I think I should just start packing a lunch considering I had to drive 100 miles to and from work.“

“I always go in to order food at the kiosks. Rarely stay there though unless we planned on going in to sit but most always to go. We have 2 in my town. The Northside is more frequented heavier traffic because its off the main highway and by the college.. East side one is a bit less busy, more the local townies. McDonald's is always a 5.. I will say tho im one of those that checks to see if all my food is there before I leave.... so im never missing anything. Most times I get everything even while others are coming in from drive thru or at the dining tables missing this and that... if ive ever was missing anything it was usually all the sauces for my kids nuggets sometimes a fry or 2. But I never complain or get frustrated when going there. Its fast food and as much as other people do complain our McDonald's is always packed...“
