BenTo Go is a cozy and welcoming Japanese restaurant. It is run by only two people and is popular, so there may be a bit of a wait, but the food is worth it. The food is always fresh, super tasty, and tastes like it is made with love. The menu includes bento boxes, takoyaki, ramen, sushi, Katsu, rice bowls, and simple no fancy fuss sushi items. The hamburg steak bento is a favorite, and the Gyodon (beef curry bowl) is a go-to. There is also a wonderful selection of exotic drinks, snacks, and Japanese candy, including cream puffs in the cooler next to a large assortment of bottled drinks from Japan. The place has manga and books for kids, a picture menu on the wall, and is decorated with the cutest paper dolls. The friendly and sweet staff are nice and helpful. It is a very rare gem hidden in Perrysburg next to Kroger, offering authentic Japanese comfort food.
