We stopped by last night for dinner. Unfortunately this was one of the worst experiences I've ever had at biaggis. We typically go to this location 3-5 times a month. We arrive at dinner time around 8pm. Once sat our server seemed immediately uninterested in serving us. He had a larger table across from us that was finishing up as we arrived. Once he brought out drinks he disappeared for quite some time. We ordered an appetizer fried ravioli, side of mashed potatoes, a monthly special braised short ribs and a monthly dessert special all at once. He brought the food out, set it down and just walked away without asking if we needed anything, again he seemed very off putting. The raviolis I order were burnt, the side of mashed potatoes never showed up, we never got any refills on drinks. He never stopped by too see if the food was okay or asked if we needed anything. He just came back 20-25 minutes later set the check down and walked away again without asking if we needed anything or how it was. Our bill was roughly $65 for the two of us... and as someone who is frequently here I expect much more for a dinner that cost this much at a restaurant of this quality.

Linda was our waitress and she was pleasant, efficient, and made it a great experience. Food was delicious. Highly recommend for a nice sit down restaurant.

I make sure I visit this restaurant whenever I am in the area. The food is excellent and service is great. The servers are very attentive and the atmosphere is wonderful. They start you out with their amazing bread with a olive oil dip. I ordered Rigatoni Bolognese and a salad. The salad had a really good dressing and went well with my main course. The main course was covered with a traditional meat sauce, Italian sausage, touch of three cheeses, Alfredo sauce as well as Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese.
They have a large selection of drinks and I had a lovely glass of Classico Chianti wine. They have indoor and outdoor seating as well as bar. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Husband and I went for a date night and sat outside. It was a beautiful night. Ansley was our server. She was very nice and attentive. Our food was gross. I had the spaghetti and meatballs (it hardly had any sauce) and what sauce there was it didn’t taste good. The noodles tasted like they were made in hose water. My husband got the chicken pietra and it wasn’t good either. It tasted like it was drowned in A1 sauce. The chicken was rubbery. The bread was hard. Our server, Ansley was the only server for 7 tables outside. She did an amazing job. Manager should have come out to check on her a couple times. She was extremely busy.

The food is very good, and the service from the bartenders was pleasant. The only downside was that they served us cold food—and eating cold pasta isn't pleasant. Aside from that, everything was fine.

Went on mothers days and it was packed no walk in available but you could do first come first serve in the bar area and the food came just as fast and the seating was still comfortable either at barto or high tops
We were lucky enough o be able to just walk in and sit down because this restaurant was deff top priority for others list
They gave us bread when we first sat down with oil and Parmesan cheese it wasn’t warm bread but it was soft and delicious with that I ordered ravioli with short braised ribs so tasty and flavorful well seasoned and the pasta cooked perfectly the sauce or cream it came in was smooth and buttery I enjoyed them with that I tired the spaghetti and meatballs which was good but the sauce nothing spectacular like the ravioli wowed me.
I liked how quick the three bar renders took care of the bar area getting food out fast even if we aren’t here to drink. The establishment is very classy and the food was great when I checked the bathroom everything was clean and they had extra toilet paper if the supply ran low so that’s nice
Over all the lighting is low and made to feel romantic definitely a place to take a loved one or celebrate with class. I also wouldn’t mind coming here with just my best friend to eat some snacky type foods during their happy hour.

I love Biaggi‘s best Italian food I’ve had in a long time HOWEVER I called today to see about a reservation knowing it’s Mother’s Day. I asked the lady do you guys have any reservations or tables available for today? She responded by saying “well you do realize it’s Mother’s Day correct” To which I just have to say first of all rude second of all no I’m calling for no apparent reason because I didn’t know today was Mother’s Day, What did she think I was calling for? Absolutely uncalled for response.

Bad racist management. Courtney is in professional and very belittling to certain staff. Jay is awesome however.
This is no Olive Garden. Great food and service. Best tasting Italian Ive had so far, the tiramisu is incredible. Definitely going back again even if its just to eat tiramisu.
