I asked and paid for an extra shot in my carmal marvel, and I either didn't receive it or they tried to reuse the grounds.Of course, I went to the drive-thru and didn't taste it until I was too far away to take it back.This wasn't the first time this had happened at that location.If people are paying more than $7 for a coffee, it should be what they asked for.If you want to stay in business, do not cut corners .

Biggby coffee is a nice little place to get a little caffeine boost. They are about on par with Starbucks as far as quality, and my favorite part is a lot of their drinks are pretty basic and not overly sweet. When I get coffee, I prefer it to taste like coffee and not some kind of weird, overly sweet desert. Really nice coffee shop with a big variety of options. We stopped here on our way through town twice recently and the staff is very friendly. The store is super clean. They even have a drive through. They offer milk alternatives too which is great.
