Every single time I order something from this location something is missing. Weather it’s a simple side or a WHOLE MEAL , they cannot get an order together for their life . On top of that the ATTITUDE I get absolutely every single time I am in here , morning evening it does not matter . I can’t believe I have to cut BOB EVANS out of my restaurants that I can go to . Beyond disappointed

This has been a solid breakfast spot for my long distance partner and I when we meet halfway in Perrysburg ...every time we've gone, the service and food have been great.
Probably one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a restaurant. I came here with my family of 6 this past weekend it took over 2 hours to receive our food and there was only one other table occupied in the restaurant. Our server was evidently new, when we asked her for some rolls she was flustered so we asked the other waitress Kendal for some. She very rudely snapped at us and told us that the other girl was new. We received the rolls not fully cooked some were raw in the middle. When we received the bills at the end of the meal none of the bills were correct. When I asked the young girl I believe Cameron was her name about the issues with the bills she went and asked Kendal who then yelled at her to get the manager. The manager then came and pretty much told us that there was nothing he could do to fix our bills and that none of the meals that we ordered qualified for the 3 course meal promotion. Before we ordered we clarified with our server that we could do the promotion and she said yes. To top all of this off while we are getting our bills figured out Kendal and our server Paisley were standing right near the counter gossiping about us. The cook from the back had to come out and tell them that was enough. I’ve been a service manager for 10 plus years and I’ve never seen anything like this. This restaurant has a real problem and I can confidently say I will never be back.
