I was a huge fan of Cracker Barrel but have shifted my loyalty to Bob Evans. The only drawback I have witnessed is the inability of certain employees to properly log a visit on the APP when getting a take out meal, which is 100% of visits, as I travel for work.
I will say though, even though she explained that she was relatively new to the role, the young lady who took my order, nailed it the first time. Her name, if correct on the receipt is Lilliana. Can't miss her, bright...read full review

Glad we stopped here for breakfast! They had a full parking lot but were still able to immediately sit us (party of 2). Upon first walking in, the aroma of the food filled the air, immediately making us more hungry! Friendly, fast service & great tasting food. We will be back to a Bob Evans!
