“I was a huge fan of Cracker Barrel but have shifted my loyalty to Bob Evans. The only drawback I have witnessed is the inability of certain employees to properly log a visit on the APP when getting a take out meal, which is 100% of visits, as I travel for work.

I will say though, even though she explained that she was relatively new to the role, the young lady who took my order, nailed it the first time. Her name, if correct on the receipt is Lilliana. Can't miss her, bright smile and looks like she'd be right at home in Lucchese boots and a Stetson.

“Watch out for the Banana Pudding Pie Pancakes! The pancakes have Banana Pudding, which is warm, sliced bananas, whole Nilla Wafer type cookies, whipped cream, powdered sugar and served with maple syrup. We did not use the syrup. They are addictive and we found it challenging to stop eating them even though we were full. It is truly like have a slice of pie served on top of your pancakes. A must try if you like Banana Pudding Pie.“

“Stopped at the Alexis Rd location in Toledo, Ohio to get my dad dinner, The tender pot roast dinner to be exact, I went inside and ordered take out and was told it would be about 15 mins…the photos say it all, what I received is a pretty stark contrast to what was shown on the menu“
