Good news: the froyo and employees have always been great. Terrible news: the price is at least 3 times as much as Mr Freeze and you get less than half the product in return. For this reason, I won't ever come back.

Definitely will be sticking to the bowling green Lola’s! The workers in there make it a very uncomfortable and awkward for customers. They were just chatting about random stuff, while one was just sitting while the others worked. Not a very welcoming place, and not as many options for people either. It felt like almost all of the toppings have been sitting out for a while of not as much as a variety as the bowling green one.

Employees were super nice and helpful. For me personally I would have liked to see more fruit flavored/non dairy options but the yogurt tasted great and tons of toppings to choose from.

Went in 3/8/24 and it was being ran by 2, what looked to be, 15 year olds. 3 of the machines weren’t working and they were sitting chatting with a group of friends at the register. When I brought it to their attention they had no idea what to do and the girl just said “idk I’ll put it in the group chat.” I should’ve left at this point but had a good experience prior so decided to buy some anyways. Went to go to the register to pay and had to interrupt the workers chatting with their friends to get them to check me out. Not returning.
Our first time coming and overall the place was clean. I’m not sure if the employee was by herself but a lot of stuff was out or not working. We only had 4 flavors to choose from for frozen yogurt. I wanted to top mine with marshmallow crème and pb but both were out and the girl just watched me trying to pour some out and didn’t say anything. Like oh I’m sorry it’s out or let me fill that one. So for 3 frozen yogurts I spent $25 and they weren’t even half full. Then my daughter wanted to try a boba. She asked for strawberry everything lol. But as soon as we took a sip it wasn’t cold and it tasted like mango. Ended up pitching it cause it upset her stomach. I won’t write this place off as it was our only time going and the employee was nice. This will definitely be a once in a while treat for the price I paid.

Extremely rude staff to my daughter. My daughter went out with her friends and when she came back she was extremely sad that the ice cream shop didn’t treat her nicely. All customers are the same if you don’t know how to treat them right please close this shop or hire new staff.
