“I stopped coming to this Starbucks a while ago because of a sassy worker but so glad I tried again! I have a sort of complicated order due to some dietary restrictions and while I am usually met with sassy worker today, I had the pleasure of talking to Sam! Usually, I get a grande in the drink that I like but today I wanted an extra large drink for my grocery run lol! I told Sam my drink order and she was able to alter it for me to accommodate my needs. When I got to the window, she was an absolute gem such a bright personality. Also need to mention that her name tag was decorated so well lol. Total girls girl and I love that. “Let me tell you how many Starbucks I’ve visited all over the world for the past 20 years… I’ve spent several Honda civics in coffee.. and spoken to and interacted with stadium full of baristas green bibbed and black bibbed ones of all ages and experiences.
Liz… from this store.. is the best one.. I’ve.. ever.. had…. I regret not telling her in the moment but it was so busy on a Sunday morning and she was killing it, and helping the others.. but I ordered my normal venti americano light water heavy cream, and she made sure all the things.. that it wasn’t going to get filled up to the top with heave cream.. and that I just wanted it a little stronger.. it’s the little things like that, that make our experience better, quicker and saved the company money by not making another drink and wasting the cream.. not to mention..
She was so personable.. I will be contacting corporate to reach out to her for corporate training ideas. If not take over the whole program 😂😂 she’s that good..“
