Why does the one lady who looks like she never wants to be there close early ? If your open till 8:30 I should still be able to order at 8:25 the other location in perrysburg closes at the close time

I wanted to give a shout out to the crew that was working today, May 30 at 1 PM. Thank you for making me feel so at home I love that you know my name and remember my drink order! Your smiles and positive atmosphere always puts me in a better mood for my drive home!

This Starbucks has great food and good service. It is heavily visited by drive-thru customers and would not be the best choice to go in and sit. The drive-thru lines can be quite long but they move through quickly. Overall a very good choice.

Went inside for oatmeal and a drink this morning. The cashier running the register and making food was was unpleasant and put my oatmeal in the bag SIDEWAYS. There's holes in the top of the lid of oatmeal for the steam, but due to it being put in sideways all of the liquid leaked out and onto my car seat- didn't notice it until I got to work and had to clean the seat and my purse that was sitting next to it. Having to clean everything made me late to work and honestly kinda ruined my morning. Not to mention, because all of the hot water leaked out, the oatmeal was still hard so I couldn't even eat it. Not a good experience and a waste of money.

Love their breakfast wrap. Fresh and tasty. Perrysburg Ohio store was very clean, The staff very friendly and efficient.
Horrendously slow service. I parked at the BP gas station next to it while my wife went in to get her drink. I was able to pump a full tank of gas, go inside and purchase drinks for the rest of the family in BP AND get in the car, get all the kids back in and watch another 5 min of a show. This all took me 17-20min.
Absolutely ridiculous. She came back and said mobile orders and drive through were prioritized before her.
Get your $&#@ together.
